He will begin serving the suspension Tuesday night when United takes on Crewe in the Carling Cup, and will also miss upcoming Premiership clashes against Portsmouth and Manchester City. "I accept the charge brought by the FA and I take full responsibility of this incident," said Van Nistelrooy, who was called a "cheat" by Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger after the match. "However, there was no deliberate intent to harm Ashley Cole and I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to him." The FA is still investigating Wenger's post-match comments about referee Mike Riley and van Nistelrooy.
