Tampa, FL (Sportsbooks) - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed defensive end Tim Crowder and center/guard Sean Mahan on Monday. In addition to these moves, the team also released cornerback Kyle Arrington and defensive end Maurice Evans, and released punter A.J. Trapasso from the practice squad. Crowder, the 56th overall pick in the 2007 draft by the Broncos, has appeared in 19 career games (one start) and amassed 26 tackles, four sacks, two fumble recoveries and a forced fumble. He was released by Denver on September 5, 2009. Mahan rejoins the Bucs after being released on September 2, 2009. He has played in 88 career games (52 starts) with Tampa Bay (2003-06, '08) and the Steelers (2007). Arrington saw action in Week 1's 34-21 setback to Dallas after being promoted to the active roster from the practice squad on September 10. Evans was claimed off waivers from the Giants on September 6, and Trapasso was inked to the practice squad on September 10.
