Vikings bring in S Coleman

Eden Prairie, MN (.com) - The Minnesota Vikings signed safety Kurt Coleman on Thursday.

The 25-year-old Coleman started 27 games for Philadelphia from 2011-12, recording six interceptions. He amassed 10 tackles in 15 games last season as a reserve for the Eagles after ranking second on the club with a career-best 105 tackles in 2012.

Philadelphia selected the Ohio State product in the seventh round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
