Saints add S Ball

New Orleans, LA (.com) - The New Orleans Saints agreed to terms with safety Marcus Ball on a three-year contract on Wednesday.

Ball spent the past two seasons with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadien Football League. He recorded 142 tackles, seven sacks, four interceptions -- two returned for a touchdown -- and three fumble recoveries.

The Atlanta native split his collegiate career between Florida State and Memphis. He registered 145 tackles, five interceptions, and one sack in four seasons with the Seminoles and Tigers.
