NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with free agent punter and kicker Ricky Schmitt and also visited with free agent safety Sean Jones. The 6-foot-3 Schmitt debuted in the NFL in 2009, kicking for San Francisco on Dec. 27 against Detroit. He had two field goals on three attempts with five kickoffs. Hood, heading toward his eighth NFL season, made four starts for the Titans in 2009.
