Sacramento, CA (Sportsbooks) - The Sacramento Kings have reportedly traded center Brad Miller and swingman John Salmons to the Chicago Bulls in exchange for forwards Andres Nocioni, Cedric Simmons and Michael Ruffin, and center Drew Gooden.
